GL: Dropping out slowly - was Tug 44 on the Erie Canal

Fred,
It sounds like we have similar situations in that I have not retired either.
I wish we were full-timers but we can't do that just yet.  Instead I'm
"dropping out slowly".  I cruise for two weeks or so at a time and fly back to
Florida for two weeks to tend to business.  My son pretty much runs the day to
day operation of our business and much of what I need to do I can accomplish
with a cellphone and a laptop fitted with a Verizon aircard.  My wife and I
are still covered on the company health insurance as well as the retirement
plan.  All in all, its a pretty darn good part time job!
