I beg to differ. I'm pretty sure that the fecal colliform count won't be
adversely effected by gray water. Having said that, I do agree that boaters
are too easy a target to pick on so the politicians have their way with us. I
believe it was Shakespeare who proclaimed "Much ado about nothing".
