GL: Dockage on the St Johns River-DeBary/DeLand FL area?

Greetings All,
 
The parents are looking for a place to tie up their 32' x 10' houseboat  this 
coming winter.  They would like to be in this area from 2/1/08 -  3/15/08. Do 
any of you know of a dock (public or private) or small marina  in this 
location?  They would be living in their motor home but would take  the boat out for 
2 or 3 day trips during their stay in this area.   Power & water would be 
nice but not mandatory.
