I assume that like our area, any of the quickie auto oil change places that have popped up around town will be glad to take your waste oil. They just want to know that it is only oil and no other fuels, etc. FYI, Panama City Marina has a waste oil container. I am not sure if the city's St Andrew Marina also has one or not.
