GL: Used oil dump-Hudson, Erie, Oswego, Champlain area

Michael,

Having just transited that area my experience is that a few marinas will 
take used oil if you can leave it with them in containers.
In other words you cannot empty your oil into a barrel and keep your 
container.

You will have to ck with the marina where you intend on leaving the oil. I 
put mine back in the same gallon jugs that it came in with several
 large "X" s on them until I found one to take it.
