Queston two. (ok, group two)  In the alternative, if we go up the Oswego
canal, down the coast to the Welland Canal, it is actually located in Canada.
Do we have to have Passports and other forms to get through there?(endsnip)

Nevermind! I got on the phone with the New York Canal system and got my
questions answered.

Thanks for all the help! Look for us on the second half of the loop over the
next few weeks! If the boat passes survey, and it's looking like it will,
we'll be leaving Portland Maine Tuesday the 31st headed around the upper half
of the loop by way of the Great Lakes and rivers, down the the Arkansas River,
and on to Salisaw Okla. The boat is a 406 Carver, named "Sea R Dream". Give us
a call if you see us!
