GL: Troy Free?

Good Morning All,

I just spoke with Joe at Troy Dock.  The reason I was confused was the
message that the dock is under new ownership and a new name.  Joe is still
there and has been for almost 2 years.  I just did not know his name.  It is
called Troy Dock just like we have it listed in our guide and not Troy Town
Dock or Marina.  There are new and old restaurants near by and a new visitor
center will soon be going in near the dock.  There is a laundry within 400
feet of the dock.  The office number is 518-272-6291 and Joe's cell is
518-470 0461.  Joe is trying to get the city to offer FREE docking in order
to pump up tourism.  He asks that anyone who is all for the free docking
send a message to the mayor's office ant let them know you would come there
and stay a day or two if the dock is free. The mayor thinks that there are
not many boaters that go by.  We can show him that there are more than he
