GL: Direct TV in Canada

I just had a visit from the Flatt's aboard Skinwalker and they also experienced a "blackout" on their TV once they entered Canada. I don't recall who their provider is. 

It does seem odd that this would occur as one would have to question how the satellite would know where the receiver dish is located that is picking up the signal.

Wayne said the Follow me unit tracked the satellite properly but there was no signal to pick up.
