GL: Ethynol and fiberglass tanks

We had problems with both of our dinghy outboards this spring. We did all the
usual things to winterize them, including using an additive in the gas
(Sta-bil, I think) and then running about a half tank through the engine
before shut down. This spring, no joy. Since we have never had this kind of
problem before, I can only attribute it to ethanol since I know that the gas
supply in the area had ethanol in it.
