GL: Ottawa newspaper article about vagrant problems along Rideau Canal

Superior Dreams is currently in Ottawa with Happy Destiny and Sweet Dreams.
The lockmasters have been complaining about the problem for six years now.
We stayed one night at the base of the locks with not a problem, then moved
to the Hartwell Lockstation.  We are 7-8 kilometers from downtown and have
biked in for the last three days.  Great bike paths about 20-30 minute
ride.  Also across from Carleton University where we got a daily internet
access.  Bus stop is by the campus and easy ride downtown - $3.00.
