GL: diesel fuel on Lake Champlaine

Try the ferry dock fuel dock at Burlington or Shelburne Shipyard in  
Shelburne Bay. They are usually lowest on the Lake. If you can take a  substantial 
amount you might be able to get a truck at the City dock in  Vergennes, VT, up 
the Otter Creek.

Valentine is presently southbound at Chambly Canada (5  star mooring on the 
wall upstream of lock 3). We will need diesel when arrive on  Lake Champlaine, 
any advise re convenient location and good price would be  appreciated. OUR 
DRAFT IS 5 FT. Thanx Jon.
