If staying on the wall between Lock 7 and 8 in Oswego, a nearby cafe has
free wifi, in exchange for buying good coffee, tea and very good raisin
bread. Walk up the stairs near the Bridge St Bridge, go up to East 1st
street, walk south about 1/2 block: Oswego Tea Company.
