GL: Wireless headsets

Right, for the higher powered GMRS channels, but not the FRS channels. I 
have my FCC radio license for the boat, which covers these. However, I 
imagine the enforcement is probably as strict as the old CB's, which also 
required licenses back in the 70's. None.
