GL: Ideas for cruising the NE inland US and Canada

Don't EVER expect to find warm water
in Seneca Lake, though. It may be okay
if you are swimming in top 2-3 feet, but
if you drop your legs, you'll discover a zone
of suddenly dropped temperature!

Keep moving and you'll be okay, though
(for at least a little while)! (;-p)

Ithaca and Cornell University at south end
of Cayuga and Watkins Glen (not to be
missed) at south end of Seneca.

With the radar/anchor light mast down, we draw about 15 feet. With the
bimini down we draw around 11 feet! It won't be a problem.

I forgot to add Cayuga and Seneca Lakes - we want to do that, also, but
not necessarily as part of the "Canadian" summer.
