GL: River charts

We did this on the Loop in 2004 and it worked great.
It is especially helpful when you stop at a marina and 
would like to know your way around town.  We had 
a small inkjet printer onboard so I would print maps 
to take on the bicycles.  MS Steets and Trips includes 
Canada too. 

It added a lot to interest to our Great Loop experience.
