GL: Maine Canada Loop

I assume you mean the Down East Loop - down the St Lawrence River to Prince 
Edward Island, around Nova Scotia to Maine and back down the East Coast to 
the Hudson River.  I suggest you read Cheryl Barr's book on the Down East 
Loop.  It gives an excellent overview.
