GL: Venice Water Patrol

I received the following email from Pokorney from the city of venice:  Sounds 
like a start?
 
 
I have looked into your concerns and have discovered that the Officer works  
for Fish and Wildlife Commission, not the Venice Police Department. While we  
have no jurisdiction with FWC, we are exploring the possibility of having  
"counseling" done with the Officer that is not living up to the Venice Marine  
Patrol standards. The City is sorry that our visitors are having to deal with  
this behavior.
