GL: another reason to tip

Like many others, we tip dockhands who give excellent service, and we always
tip the kids who have pumpout assignment!

When we did the Loop in 2002-03, we did encounter a couple of municipal
marinas in Michigan who had no-tipping policies. That didn't stop one young
man, who refused the tip I offered when we tied up, from dropping by later
(out of sight of his supervisor and other dockhands) to see whether I still
wanted to tip him!
