I am at the Fox Chapel Marina.
What is the weather at Harrison today?

Your probably too late.  Not sure what river your on, Allegheny, Mon or Ohio
but your main concern needs to be ice flows. I have seen ice ridges north of
the Allegheny lock and under the I-80 bridge that is 20-30 feet high causing
severe flooding in the communities north of Pittsburgh.  The Fox Chapel Yacht
Club has been removed on numerous occasions only to be found many miles south,
in pieces and not a boat left.  Elaine, Skippers wife can even tell you a few
stories about their marina up on the Ohio around Beaver Falls.  If you can get
the boat pulled, that would be your best bet. Good luck
