Hello,  We are in the planning stages to start the great loop trip next summer "2008" I am interested in mileage for points listed below
New York City "start point" to Mackinac Island via Erie canal thru lake Erie ?
NY City Erie canal , up thru lake Ontario, Rideau canal, to Mackinac Island ?
 
distance from Chicago entrance of the Ill river to St Louis?
distance from Mobile, AL to Jacksonville , FL around the Florida keys,?
 
 We are planning this trip in 4 stages, NYC to Ill River,
Ill River to Demopolis,Al, Demopolis to Jacksonville & Jackson, Jacksonville to NY City. Trying to finalize our overall plan Thanks, John
