GL: Florida insurance

As a faithful customer of USAA, I compared their Markel price to that of a 
policy through Al Golden with Zurich. The price was identical, but Al's 
"Jackline" policy's terms and provisions made much more sense.

People on the T&T List used to say that insurance through the Power Squadron 
was cheaper, but I have not heard anything on that subject recently.
