Jon,
I have a 30', non-trailerable express cruiser kept in the water in South
Florida and found that noone could even come close to competing with USAA.
My rates are half of the closest comparable policy and includes all US
waters and the Bahamas. I've had the boat with them for several years and
count my blessings that I do not have to deal with the situations that I
read on this list.
You may want to take another look at USAA.
