I have the "HP 4315 All-in-one" on my boat and it seems to work very well. 
It's a very small unit that has all the "hangy outies" (techical term for 
paper trays and such) will fold up against the unit when not in use. It has 
copy, scan, print and fax, but I don't use the fax part. The ink is 
"relatively" cheap, and the unit sells for about $90. I've had mine about 90 
days, an happy so far.
