Boat US should get involved and support the boat owners and their legal fees. Perhaps a federal statute with a uniform code. If states don't have a property or "use" tax, they don't have to comply. Or, bring it to federal court and get a ruling on these conflicting statutes affecting interstate commerce. Ron Rogers
