GL: Coast Guard / vessel name and home port on dinghy bottom

We carry our dinghy from davits on the stern. It PARTIALLY blocks the name 
and hailing port, depending on how high the dinghy is hoisted.
So far never been stopped but to be fair we are new owners this season to 
this boat. (I only bring it up because its another case in which there is 
blockage of the name but in a different way than has been described. We dont 
use Weaver davits or haul the dinghy on its side on the swim platform.).

Your own blockage may vary.....!
