GL: Can one avoid Canada?

Vandalism happens everywhere.. for example in Fairport last week several boats
were untied in the night and their lines stolen and the boats left to drift.
Then last saturday, I watched 5 teenagers get arrested for breaking into the
boat next to me, unaware that the owner was waiting in the dark cabin for them
with 911 on his speed dial! And that all happened in the prettiest most
popular port on the entire canal system.

Good
morning,
And of course that never happens anywhere south of the border?
If you're worried about those types of issues, why would you ever leave the
dock?

Perhaps things such as Canadian
marinas who
will lead you in knowing full well that you will
destroy props,
police who ignore vandalism
and theft, and many other factors?
