Welcome to the list!
If your boat search is to be for trawlers, I'd suggest that you try to catch
one of the Trawler Fest shows.  Since its strictly trawlers, you will get good
exposure to what's out there.  The seminars, some of which are very good and
cost extra, are not mandatory.  The one in Solomon's IS, MD is, I believe, the
last weekend in September.
Finally, if you haven't seen it already, take a look at this list's companion,
