Jeff & Izzy,
My BoatUS policy covers me for the whole East Coast, EXCEPT
for Florida. They said they could sell me a small rider to include Florida if
it became necessary at some future point.

GL: Hurricane Insurance - Is there a "Window of Non-Coverage?"
I have read
that some yacht insurers will not provide coverage during
certain specific
times of the year, (hurricane season) and within certain
geographic
boundaries. Is this true? Is is a universal rule? Is there any way to
insure a boat in Florida year-around?
Thanks,
Jeff & Izzy Rogers
