Thanks for quoting Skipper Bob on getting the smallest boat you can be
comfortable on.  It is so much more about the trip and not the boat.  Just get
a boat you like, can afford the fuel, and get moving.  We did not care that
people thought our 36 foot Krogen Manatee was ugly.  We were happy!
