Just Us, an Albin 43 classic trawler, departed Poquoson Virginia on the 31
of March on the first leg of the Great Loop, with Jerry (Woody) and Chris
Woodburn and the boyz (a pair of orange tabbies) on board.  We had talked
about and planned this trip for about 8 years.  The boat still wasnt ready
but it was time to make the move so those things that didnt get done before
we left will get done along the way.

Were both retired Navy and I retired for the second time last year (going
to get it right this time).  Chris is just taking a year or so sabbatical
from her second career, special education teacher.

Weve been following this list for some time and it has been a great source
of inspiration.  Not to mention educational, such as all the reading that
was available on horn signals <BG>.

We do have a web site and blog, HYPERLINK

Im still struggling to keep updated but will get better at as we go along.

Bottom line is we hope to be able to met some of you at there somewhere
