Re:  New York anchor laws.

Yes and when you go up the Chesapeake Bay, keep in mind that all Fire  
Extinguishers MUST BE MOUNTED (not stored under a seat or closet) in  
Maryland.  So get out the drill and screws and get them mounted in  
visible places!
