GL: Best and Not So Good

Most loopers will tell you that the places aren't nearly as important as
the people you are with and the people you meet. And your attitude is
really important. Try to be very nice and friendly to all the other boaters
and to all the locals and every place will become one of those places you
would "love to go back to", even the dumps. It is all about the people
and many of the locals go out of their way to be friendly and helpful to
you if they know you are on the great loop.
It has only been two years and we fondly remember many many people
but the memories of the places are fading just a bit.
That said, absolutely do not miss the Trent-Severn.
