GL: Cell phone Amplifiers

  I understand this but what about the antennas that are needed for the amplifiers?
  Most of them state, in the mounting instructions, that they require a grounding
  plate or the vehicle they are attached to will act as the ground. The Wilson
  Amplifier I am concidering is mostly used on vehicles but I do know of some
  folks that have put it on their boats. I was hoping some of them might be readers
  of the T&T or the Great Loop sites would pass  on their experience in using
  cellphone amplifiers.
