GL: Lectrasan vs. Purasan question

Steve has two heads, one with a holding tank that apparently
is working just fine.  He wants advice regarding the second
head regarding repairing existing or installing a replacement
sewage processing system.

Why not just replace it with a manual toilet? Why bother with a toilet that
needs electricity?
