Mike and John,
We have been using the Kyocera KR1 on board for several months and it works
very well plugged into a desktop and transmitting to a lap top just using
its internal wi fi feature. We moved it to our RV and it works fine on it
as well.
We did have to upgrade our older Verizon aircard in order to get rated
speed.
The web ssite John referenced has a discussion of the supported/recommended
air cards.
