OK. You got my interest.
If I understand correctly, the cell phone amplifier is wired to the antenna
and plugged in. You make a hard-wire connection to your cell phone and magic
occurs. To use the laptop you either need an air card that allows you to plug
the external antenna into it or you need to plug the amp into a router that
will accept your aircard. Presumably this router could be wired or wireless.
How am I doing so far?
Can the cell phone be made wireless also or must you be hard-wired between the
amp and the phone?
