GL: verizon wireless

In reply to Rich Gano's comments re Verizon, i have been a longtime fan of
Verizon. I have been using a 3220 aircard for several years with good success,
also in the Tennessee River area and the Tenn-Tom. Just this year, coverage
has gone way up as Verizon has moved into the Huntsville AL area big time
(getting ready for the US Govmt to move hundreds into the NASA area there.)
Verizon has also just made Broadband available in the Mobile area so I have
now invested in the new broadband card.It seems to be working well here on the
Easternshore although there are things I don't fully understand, and I seem to
be having problems with my Yahoo connections. I read this week that Yahoo
itself is 'cleaning house...again' so that may acccount for those problems. I
just wish all these electronic wonders weren't so complicated for an 'old
lady' like me!
