Rich,

We have the Verizon Broadband air card on Irish Ayes, and it has worked perfectly everywhere except the lower Tombigby River. I am very satisfied with it. We get high speed internet and email access from the boat, or wherever we are, and it works fast, everytime. You can fine the aircard for free at places like Best-Buy, Circuit City, and often at the verizon story itself, or at a great discount. Then the cost is 59.95 a month for unlimited service. You do not use the minutes from your Verizon cell phone to access the broadband internet connection with the aircard. It is a separate account and phone number. We are very satisfied customers. We have had great service from Knoxville to Cocoa Beach, FL, with the exception of the lower Tombigby River.
