Your usage sounds like ours. Rita really likes to cook onboard and I 
discourage microwave usage because it means running the gen.

We are surprised how long a 20# tank can supply oven and range, relative to 
our experience of using one on an outdoor barbeque. We have just the one 20# 
tank and a couple of little, disposable green ones for the outdoor grill. I 
generally fill the big one every three months or so, when convenient, and 
generally find that it is nowhere near empty.

We have never run out, and you'll find plenty of opportunities to refill as 
you go.
