GL: How much Propane

Hello all,

I am in the process of fitting the boat with some extra propane tankage and am
wondering how much I might need for the trip.  I know that this depends on how
much we use and how available re-fills are, so here goes...

Two people.
We will be gone for a year.
We have a propane stove w/ oven. (refer is electric)
Will also hook up a BBQ grill.
We will cook on board approx. 70% of the meals.

I am planning on installing standard 20# tank(s) in adition to the 5# tank
that came from the factory.  Should I add 1 or 2?
