GL: Medical care and churches

We have cruised from Sanford, FL, to Montreal/Ottawa along the East Coast 
and have found that as long as we don't go too remote, that is anchor near a 
town or tie up at a town dock, we can almost always find a nearby, 
walking-distant Catholic or Epicopalian Church. If one is not nearby, a call 
to the church in advance always produces a willingness to provide us a ride. 
Local phonebook or internet access helps us locate a church.

Places that immediately come to mind are Brunswick GA, Savannah, Beaufort 
SC, Georgetown, Conway, North Myrtle Beach, Morehead City, Oriental, 
Portsmouth, Norfolk, St Marys MD, Solomons Island, Cambridge MD, Annapolis, 
Sunset Lake near Cape May NJ ... .

A lot of our trip planning was to be near/at a town on the weekend.
