GL: Medical care and churches

While at Green Turtle on our trip I developed a severe sinus infection. The  
folks at the marina directed me to a clinic in town, where I was seen and  
diagnosed by a PA. Although well out of normal distance limits the marina  
allowed us to use the courtsey car to get the prescription filled. I am sure  from 
the folks we met, all you have to do is ask and anything you need will be  
found and quickly if necessary.
