GL: Medical care and churches

For travelers of the Great Loop, has anyone compiled a list of medical
facilities that could be used along the way if needed? What would you do
if you needed some emergency medical help, such as in the case of a
heart attack? You are away from your home town where you can simply call
911 or drive to the closest (known) hospital. What if you don't
necessarily have an emergency but need some medical care? Where would
you go and how would you know where to go?

Secondly, we would like to attend church services during our trip to
maintain our connection with the Body of Christ. Would be interested to
see any list of churches in stopover towns along the Great Loop.
