GL: Water pressure problems

Have a 1986 Heritage East/Lien Hua that has two water filters, one for  shore 
water and one for tank water.  Have had low water pressure with tank  water 
but now experiencing very low water pressure with the dockside  water.  Anyone 
out there had experience with this before I start trying to  re-invent the 
wheel with this problem??
